I didn't get to take pics of the entire process but its basically a summary so its pretty much easy to figure out.
Why this CB? I know most of you have space issues and don't really want to have a bulky CB hangin' out of your dash or in plain view where your passengers could accidently knock it with their leg if its mounted under glovebox or whatanot, blah blah, you get my point. Plus I got it 40 bucks off retail price...so that was a sweet deal.
First, you'll need to get Cobra 75 WXST that looks just like this, obviously:
Second, I was able to get the transmitter box and pull the gear shifter cover out and slide it in like this pics but before doing so, attach the CB antenna coax cable to the transmitter FIRST! Its a bitch trying to screw it on in that tight space so best to do it before you slide it in there:
Third, I had to drill out the plastic with dremel for the mounting hole, had to make it little bigger than the hole mount that was provided with the CB because of the rubber grommet. I chose this location because it was easier and out of sight, I screwed the metal mount onto there, then ran the transmitter cable through the hole and put rubber grommet in there and pushed the attachment down to it to secure it:

Fourth, This step is optional for you guys but I ran my power to the fuse box using add a fuse because I really was pressed for time and didn't have time to run the wire to the battery, would've needed to get a longer red wire for it so I chose the fuse box and grounded the wire to the firewall. Sorry, no pics but its easy to figure that out. If you really want pics, I can get them, just ask for it.
Fifth, attach the CB reciever to the other attachment:
Sixth, I chose this location to mount the CB holder using a scrap metal I found in my dad's scrap metal pile and fabbed up a bracket instead of drilling a hole through the dash, I was able to use an existing screw underneath the A/C controls and mounted the bracket there....very snug and tight.

Turn the key on and Voila, your done! Now go and chat with truckers under "Rusty Nail" or should I say, "Candy Cane"?
Let me know if you got questions.
