So I just lifted it 2.5 with spacers and shackles and when I turn sharp it makes popping noises. Is that because I haven't Haven't it aligned yet? I'm going today after class to do that but I'm really hoping that will solve my problem?

Could be the front swaybar end links are shot, or you may need to grease the turning bump stops.

Well, it needs an alignment either way.;;;but its unlikely to be the cause.

After that, be sure things are seated, coils/shocks are not loose, the sway bar links are intact, look at the coil bucket where the UCA come down onto it and see if there's evidence of contact where the UCA would hit it, those turn stops already mentioned (Should have done it before the lift too though), and what else you might have forgotten to torque properly, etc.

We'll surprisingly the alignment stopped it DRAMATICALLY I still does when I turn the wheel as sharp as possible. And the uca bucket does have a spot of shiny metal which makes me think it makes contact with the uca. Do you think the bump stops would solve my problem if they are in the hole closer to the exterior? They are currently in the one closest to the engine

Not sure how to interpret that?

:D

If you have some bucket bang, at 2.5", that's sort of normal unless you get new UCA with more clearance (PRG, etc).

If the noise on sharp turns is the turn stops, greasing them can fix it.

If its a bump stop, its not preventing bucket bang, so it would need to be a bit taller to stop the UCA from coing down there where you saw the shiny spot, etc.
