    Dear sir or maam,

    I recently purchased a bumper end for a 2010 Xterra pro4x. You shipped it very fast, thank you! However, I am disappointed in the product. I had to drill a hole to accommodate one of the retention clips and the inside retention clip for the mudflap was so deformed i had to hold it with vise grips and heat it so it was in the correct shape. little issues like this should not be happening on a CAPA certified part! I also visited your site and noticed there is a 10% military discount. I would like some sort of refund for having to modify a certified part. I cannot return it as replacing it was time critical. also, any chance i can get a refund for the 10%? I served in the 82nd airborne division 3-325 Airborne infantry regiment. I am also 60% disabled due to that service. I can provide proof of service if necessary. I purchased the parts from your site because you had a great reputation on this forum.
