I've been searching everywhere and I can't find an answer. Where is the Park/Neutral Position Sensor ( or Neutral Safety Switch?) Most other vehicles I've messed with have always had the NSS next to the shifter inside the vehicle. Is the X the same? Do i just remove the plastic cover around the shifters and there it is? Or is it under the vehicle attached to the tranmission on the outside of the vehicle?
I'm getting a p0705 code saying that the Park/Neutral Position Sensor is giving a low output. I want to inspect/replace it. I've read that the switch has the transmission range sensor built-in to it, is that true?
