I think it's near the alternator, sorry wish I could be more specific. If I get time I'll look.

 

The Factory Service Manual seems to show it on the drivers side of the engine. I'll have to check mine later in the day. I haven't needed to mess with it on this vehicle. Here's a screenshot of the FSM. Usually the OPS is located right beside/above the oil filter on most vehicles and it appears to be the same in this diagram.

Yep. Just checked. It is indeed located right on the back of the oil filter mount on the 3.3L and the 2.4L for the Gen1, but may be different on the gen2. It is a fairly safe bet that it will be in a similar location on the gen2 though.

Here's the location on the 4.0L It's on the passenger side, towards the front of the engine. Does not appear to be on the oil filter mount, but relatively near to it.
