Nissan GPS Mount for 2013 does not fit

Hello all I have a 2013 Xterra and ordered the factor Nissan GPS mount. The clam style looking thing. It is about an 8th off on each side and it will not fit the existing slots from where the coin tray came out. Has anyone else run into this problem. My Nissan dealer has sent an email to Nissan with no reply yet.
