Hi, so I triggered my car's anti-theft system and now the car won't crank I tried a bunch of the key fixes but none have worked I don't have a fob its a third-hand vehicle. The year of the vehicle is 2000.
I had something in my trunk so I unlocked the rear hatch and then my alarm triggered honestly I didn't know the vehicle had an anti-theft system and basically, the vehicle is still in anti-theft mode I tried the 10 minutes in the ignition on "ON" but just to turn on the accessories and not the vehicle itself, it didn't work.
I disconnected the negative connection on the battery for about an hour when I reconnected it the alarm sounded off again. I tried locking all the doors with the switch on the doors and unlocking it from the outside while keeping the key in the unlock position for a couple of minutes, then letting it sit and unlocking it, but it didn't work. I need help, please.
