I am running 33/12.5/15 tires on 15x8 with 4.5 BS I have the 2" body lift installed and the PML. However when I turn at full lock there is a decent amount of rubbing. I plan on doing the full 3" suspension lift in the near future but that wont get me any more clearance after I compress the suspension so would my best option be to get a set of wheel spacers?

Nope, wheel spacers will make the problem worse. Adding spacers effectively decreases the backspacing on your wheels, which is what is causing the rubbing. You can really only run 33s without metal trimming if you run wheels with stock backspacing, which is 5.5". Your metal trimming should be pretty minimal though with 4.5" BS. I think guys running 4.75" BS can get away with hammering back the pinch seam behind the front tires.

So If I run a higher offset it should clear? I may have to trade my wheels in then.

nothing about those wheels will work. for a first gen you need 6x5.5 bolt pattern. you need 100mm center bore which is around 4.25. The backspacing is not perfect but good. 4.75 backspacing is the same as what I have, but the need to cut or not to cut will really come down to how aggresive the tread on your tires is. with the same backspacing I had to cut a fair amount of metal to stop scrubbing when trying to turn the wheel sitting on flat ground. Some people get away with just a bit of cutting on the same wheels with less aggressive/chunky tread.
