Im not sure where you can get replacement bulbs however, Akuria a member on the forum soldered leds into the bulb housings...I think that's how he did it. Here the link to thread where the swap is mentioned

radio shack has micro lamps that work, but you usually break the blue part getting the bulbs out so they replacements tend to be brighter and a little more yellow tint. Unloop the wires at the bottom and pull the bulb straight out (will be hard and you may break it).

Can you remove the bulb from the base and see if there is a part number on the actual bulb, also the blue part is just a bulb sleeve!should be able to pull that off carefully!

I have ordered a bunch of those 74 led lights. I am going to attempt the bulb replacement. After destroying the first bulb I was able to extract the second one intact. No markings. I will post pics after I am done.

I assume these will work. I found the part number while watching a youtube video on how to replace the bulbs. The funny thing is that the part listed is for a Sentra....?????

 

The two blue long lights look the same as the ones I pulled apart from mine! The short stubby grey one is odd to me. I do not recall that one at all.

 

How did you manage to get the control unit out in order to replace the lights? I found the lights to replace my burnt out set but the unit doesn't want to come out past the plastic trim? Any idea's? lol.
