I do this for a living. :snowboarder-big:

Well, actually I do both but skiing is my actual income (though I'm damn good at park on a snowboard).

Tough life, huh?
Nahhh, but I've worked my fair share of jobs, including McDonalds. HAHAHA I am also in the process of starting my own outerwear company.

I work for United Litho, Inc...which prints magazines..mostly for associations around the country. From magazines about tow trucks to beer.

I have been working for them for a little over 10 years now in the shipping dept. If any body has any shipping questions...let me know. I do love working there...my boss is great :)

i see dead people.

i'm a Pathology Resident at Mayo Clinic. Technically I am an MD, but I don't work with the patients. I do autopsies, work with surgical specimens (the stuff surgeons take out of people, it can be pretty poopy when we get colons) ( i also see lots of breasts . . . just not the way i want to . . . they end up on my table and i have to cut them up with a big ass knife), I work with microscopes looking at the slides made from the tissue from the labs, I also handle the hospital labs (chemistry where blood work is done, transfusion, microbiology, etc.).

love my job, despite the occasional sh!t filled colon or decomposing body at autopsy.

Haha awesome, good luck! (You're gonna need it.) Parents had to put a 2nd mortgage on their home to co-sign for my 200k business loan. Gotta get the connections in the industry also or you'll be SOL!

Sure was! 2000 was my last year as a drill, though. I went back to being a TC Instructor for a few years before I transferred to a ROTC Instructor position at WKU. If you did BCT, then you must have been at 46th IF. I was a drill there my last year, before that, I was up on the hill @ 2/81 Armor. Also spent a few years (not as a drill) at 1/16th Cav there off Eisenhower (across from Burger King).
Take care,
rob g. (formerly SFC Gilliam, DS)

I'm a machinist, started out in 2004 straight out of high school. With my first company, I made firearms and firearm accessories for the US Government, Colt, Bushmaster, and for YHM (Yankee Hill Machine)'s own product line of AR-15 rifles and accessories. After 6 years there, I found something better and left.

I now work at a new shop (Poplar Hill Machine) making parts for microwave communications, radar and sonar components for government, public, and private customers.
