Write up on installing the towing wiring for my 2012 Nissan Xterra. Ordered the parts from etrailer.com where they also post detailed videos on how to do the installation. They sell various brackets to attach the plug, but I decided on a cleaner looking solution by installing the plug directly into the bumper.

I like how you did the plug but why didn't you get the harness from Nissan?
