Replacing the intake manifold gasket 2004X - Which to use???

I'm about to remove the Plenum to replace the intake manifold gasket and have a couple of questions:

1. Is this a dry gasket or does it require either black or red silicone?

2. Can someone explain the difference in these two different offerings? One shows a three piece set and the other only one gasket. Which one is appropriate and which should I be using?

I think they are upper and lower gaskets but I'm not sure. Definitely would like to know if all should be changed and whether special silicone should be used.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks dejablue. I assume they will all be pretty accessible when I pull the plenum. Should they all be changed?
I'm pulling it for driver's side valve cover gasket, #6 plug and intake manifold gasket(s).

What's K/S?
Thanks!
