What are you stuck on? It should go right in without too much trouble. I almost never pull the trans on Nissans when swapping a motor.

Youre gunna need to drop the diff to get it in or out without pulling the trans. the passenger side engine mount on the frame is captured so that one can cause you to hang up... I had to jack the transmission almost all the way up to the tranny tunnel, and then slide the engine somewhat into the transmission tilll my supercharger hit the brake lines on top of the firewall, then I lowered both down at the same time and tried to get the engine mount into its captured pocket.. then with it down a ways and somewhat close i started to turn the engine over with a 27mm socket and extension via the front belt pulley till the splines were happy and it went right in..

Why does everyone hate pulling the tranny off and putting it back on while it's on the vehicle? it's not that hard. Me and my dad did it with two jackstands and our backs. We put a jack with a screwed in plank to hold the tranny in place. No vehicle lift. This was on a manual tranny as well. took 10 minutes to put it back in after everything was ready. look at this pic.
