Rear Headrest Retainer

The locking head rest retainer (rear right seat) broke on my 2014 Xterra. I got the new part, but you have to take off the seatback board to access the clips that hold the broken retainer in place, to then remove it and put in the new one. I downloaded the 2014 Xterra shop manual, but it talks all about the front seats and gives no instruction about the rear seats. Can anyone help me with instructions for removing the right reat seatback board without tearing things up? Thanks!
