Go to the top of the page (for me its just under the gallery tab) and click on the red words that say Private Messages. On that new page there will be an option to send a new message, click on it, and type Creepy Cruiser in the message recipients (those who will get the message) box. Then simply type your question in the box below.

If I understand this correctly, you have everything installed, you can listen to the radio through the speakers...but when you connect your phone to it, you can't hear anything? Is that correct?

If you are getting sound from any channel/source (radio antenna!) in the head unit to play in your speakers, you should be good to go. It sounds like you have a problem with the connection from phone to your head unit.

Are you using BlueTooth or an aux cable (3.5mm stereo cable)?

Looks like the Rockford Fosgate stereo has an external amplifer, which means to run the speakers off your stereo, you need to connect to "Pre-Amp" outputs on the back of your head unit. Your model head unit has Front/Rear/Sub pre-amp outputs...so you ran RCA cable adapter from the pre-amp outputs to the cables to the stock amp?

Also, looks like the stock set up has a 3.5 mm stereo cable input. Note that if you are replacing your head unit, that stock input likely won't work anymore!

Welcome to CX

Can you please post pics of the info/diagrams you found on the internet? Then we can look it over and see if we can figure out what's up.

Also please clarify: Do you have sound at all when you play the radio?

Hello my friends thank you so much for your time to reply this post, well i use the diagram with the manuls owners comes AV section exactly and the last pages with premium audio , cuz the harness are the same and the colors of the wire too, so in this momment finally i have sound on my speakers the tweeters and the front and rear speakers too, but the bass its not sound anymore, before when i have the factory head unit the bass sounds incredible even with a great vibratiln the rockford fosgate its really amazing but now that i change the head unit for jvc the bass not sounds at all just the speakers, and clarifyng i cut the wire cables factory beacuse i dont have harness so i cut and put in together and isolate with a electrical tape just the manual says color with color exactly that says in the manual, but still no bass at all, and i have a noise that i read in others comments maybe its because i dont connect the shield wire, and there are a few of them, just isolate because in the harness of jvc isnt any wire for this shield, but i read in some web page that ground and shield are different connection, ground its connect to the chassis but shield its connect to other place , and i dont know where to connect this shield wires, .... Thats all for the momment its my first time replacing a stereo head unit , please take me a little patience jejeje thank you so much for your time guys
