I finally scanned my Xterra and it has this code pointing to the vacuum bypass valve near the fuel tank.
Am I correct to assume this doesn’t effect performance at all? I don’t have emissions inspection where I live.

Yes this is just for evaporative emissions. Shouldn’t cause any issues unless the vent line is blocked.
