I have 2002 4WD with the 3.3L and I have the P0744 torque converter clutch solenoid code, but I don't want to change the solenoid just yet. I'm planning on dropping the pan, testing the resistance on the solenoid (and replacing it if it isn't between 10 and 20 ohms), but if the solenoid is still good, I'm going to leave it. Then I'm gonna change the filter and fluid. My question is this: would I be better off completely flushing the tranny and torque converter? And if so, how would I do that and how much fluid will I need?

There's a how to somewhere. You'll need a 5 gallon bucket. Basically you remove the cooler lines. One will drain the other will suck.
