I get the p0138 whenever it is raining. If I clear it it goes away until it rains again. Obviously something is getting wet. I pull the O2 sensor and I can't find any bare spots in the wiring. I put die electric grease on the conector. Anyone else have this problem? Am I missing something?

Did you clean and grease the 4 02 sensor connectors on the harness above the valve covers?

Could be a shorting issue at the wire leads into the sensors when wet. Spray some electrical cleaner on them and add some heat shrink type water barrier. They sell a brush on sealant, similar to electrical tape. Rule out electrical first, you could do one O2 sensor at a time to narrow down the culprit. Chasing part replacement is the very last thing to do.
