I have made the below video demonstrating this issue while running the Nissan diagnostics test for the cluster, any idea or help is appreciated.
I have done a little research on this issue, and tried undoing the neg terminal on the battery to no change. Could this be a fuse? I might need to remove the panel to get a better look but wanted to put it out here to get opinions.
