If it's modded the way you actually want it I'd say it's a good deal. Without any Mods, a 2015 Pro4X in very good condition with 44K miles is going to sell in the mid to high $20's or low $30's without any of the mods. The cost of all the upgrades plus labor is WELL OVER $10K, probably $15K+. If you had planned in your mind that you were going to buy and then modify your new 2015 Pro4X to this degree, then it's a VERY good deal. Typically something this modded was purpose built for some very rough terrain, hard use and not built for the best road manners and comfort. The pictures don't show any abuse. Usually, after modifying your vehicle, you can only expect to get about 50% of the cost of those mods back when you sell it. So at $30K it's a great deal but ONLY if that X is built to the extreme that you planned to do anyway. I noticed that rig while recently looking to buy a 2015 Pro4X. It was tempting but it was to extreme for what I wanted. I found something modded just right for me in the low $20's. Had I driven that one you are looking at I might have gone for it but I need something that is going to get decent gas mileage and $30K was $8K over my budget. Tell us if you bought it.
