Once I drive for about 45 min my wheels start squeaking. I believe it s my rear wheels. I have no clue what could be going on
I don t believe I need an allignment. For reference I drive a 2007 Nissan Xterra 4WD

It sounds like the wheel bearing. If the grease has lost it thermal viscosity, meaning once its has reached operating temperature it no longer provides the necessary lubrication. My suggestion would be to remove the rear hub on the offending side, inspect the bearing for excessive wear and repack the bearing with new grease if it apperas to still be good. If not replace it
