Leaking power steering fluide: o-ring/seals fix?

When purchased it was leaking very bad from power steering area, right where the shaft goes into the rack. I can see a plastic cover piece that covers the shaft as it goes into the rack. It is leaking from that area. Common sense says I should be able to replace a gasket or o-ring in there without having to replace the entire rack. Anyone experienced in this arena?
Is it the rack-pinion seal kit I'm looking for?
