Both wires and if the code comes back flip the wires.
knock sensor wiring
I am doing the knock sensor relocation. So I bought a new harness, but it had the wrong knock sensor plug on it. I got a new plug for the sensor and wired it to the new harness. the plug that i cut off only had 1 wire going to the knock sensor but there are 2 wires on the other side of the harness. do i need both of the wires or just one?

Where did you relocate your knock sensor too if your able to add a photo to help, I'm thinking of doing a relocation on my 2004 X.
First bolt on the intake passenger side , you will need a new bolt about 3/4 in longer.
