I just bought an 02 X with 75k miles. Already got a cargo basket and spare tire mount on the roof. Plan on doing a PML soon as well as painting all the plastic trim black to match the matte black rims. Saw this forum and it really helped me with what to look for and what to check when buying a used one. Thanks a lot all! I will be posting pics soon.

No it isn't going to be just for offloading Tenzen. I use it as my daily too. It's my first car, I am still in college.

Looks good. 75k is low. All matte to match the wheels will look nice.

Would you mind telling us what you paid? I'm looking at a 2000 right now but it's a little high.

Yeah no problem. Thanks for all the positive feedback. I paid 5400 before title and taxes. There's an 04 manual with 85k near me as well. Guy is asking 5600.

Cool. My neighbor is selling his 2000, SE, 4x4, manual, @180,000 for $3,800. Most think that's too high though.

One quick question, does anyone know where to find light bar mounts for an xterra? I haven't had any luck and was wondering where you all get them. Probably not the right thread to post in but I figured I would ask.
