Can someone tell me if they've installed an in-line fuel filter on their X fuel system? Looking at the system diagram I seen no filter what-so-ever. My Toyota pickup had one conveniently located for easy access, allowing me to replace in a matter of minutes. Hoping Nissan did the same. Please advise.
Thanks!

Hey there!

I have had mine replaced with my last oil change. Don't judge me people as I had someone else do it for me due to extreme heat where I live and mostly lack of tools as I have recently moved. I think it is somewhere mid truck along the frame, have not looked at it myself but here is a youtube video for you that should cover it in detail

Good luck!

On my 2000 it's just in front of the fuel tank passenger side. Tucked up by the frame rail. Don't forget to let off the pressure first and it helps to not have a lot of gas in the tank. Goes without saying no open flame (you're going to have dripping gas trust me).it's not a hard job. Just thinking if you can't see the filter just trace the fuel lines
