what size and turbo should i use on my 2011 v6

Since the Gen2 (2005-2015) was not available with a turbo, you won't find an ECU/ECM that can handle positive intake pressures. You may want to look into a MegaSquirt or someone else for a controller. Once you decide on the controller, then start looking for how to pressurize your engine.
