Hey Xterra peoples! We recently sold our 2002 Tacoma and upgraded to a 2011 Pro-4x (manual, with ~167k km when we got it). I couldn't be more stoked about it, it's so fun to drive. We've already had a couple good camping and off-roading adventures, and I'm excited for all the adventures yet to come.

Soon after we bought it we swapped all the fluids (with a lot of help from my dad) and we replaced the front rotors and brake pads too. I've done the rear diff breather extension and blacked out the emblems. Coming up soon on the to-do list:
- Surface rust control on the bumper and a little bit on the frame
- Polish up them headlights
- Paint all the silver plastic (and the faded plastic) black
- Install a new LubeLocker gasket on the rear diff to stop the seepage (it'll be in the mail soon!)
- Touch up rusting paint chips on the body
Basically, lots of cosmetic and rust-related stuff to get done before the rains come and the salt hits the roads! I don't know how to do a lot of mechanical things but I am hoping to learn a lot as I go.

Looking forward to being part of the Xterra club :D

Welcome to CX! I'm new-ish here, too. Lots of good info and helpful folks.

Looks really nice. I hope it stays that way a long time.
