Hi all,

I had a question that hopefully one of you will be able to help with. I have an 04 xterra that doesn't have a ext temp guage and compass installed where the map lights are on the ceiling. I was wondering how difficult it would be to install it myself or if it's even possible to do so. I appreciate any feedback.

Easy 1 to 10 its a 2 light garage tools 2 hours.

Is there a DIY write up anywhere? I have never done any wiring. Not sure how to tuck or feed the wires or how to set up the thermometer. Just thought I'd go ahead and try it as a first. I figured is start with a small job in case I mess something up.
