Personally I wouldn't get the S/C. Premium gas, it's still underpowered, and when the knock sensor goes (it will) it needs to be replaced, which is expensive.
I also wouldn't get 2wd. I don't see why you'd pay for the gas mileage on a vehicle that isn't going to do much better off road or in snow than a Civic.
You should decide if you want manual or auto. The first two seem fine. The more expensive one has much lower mileage. Are they close to blue book?
Also, the main thing you want to check is if the timing belt has been done. It's due at 105k or 7-8 years. The one with 85k probably hasn't been replaced but it needs it based on age.
