Gen1 needs the ceiling hooks, 2004 has them, otherwise I have the hooks for $10 each, the metal hook and plastic insert and bolt. They bolt into existing holes which are covered by the headliner on 1999-2003, it's just a matter of locating them (from measurements from a 2004 owner, or I can find out the location too).

Molle panels come with mounting L brackets, self tapping screws, bolts.. the metal tabs have laser cut holes for screws (not showing below)
