FSM listed here is vague at the least..

just want to have all on hand & get er done in 1 shot

What it does not tell me is what the refill quantity is for a drain & fill on the Trans.
I'm not looking to be measuring if someone knows.

If you're only going to do a drain and fill on the trans. The most accurate way is to measure what comes out and put the same amount back in. You are not going to get all of the fluid out with a drain/fill. It's impossible.

What drummer said. That way also keeps you from killing your trans. Every Xterra will be different on that. Depends on how well you drain it.

Did you replace the old washer with a new one for the trans drain plug ?

If not, check for leaks at the plug and dipstick level periodically.
