ill preface this by saying i do not care about emissions systems nor is it ever checked in Ohio, now saying this, i bought my 03 X for 5gs out the door at a dealership and they cleared engine codes before selling it to me (Bastards) and i discovered i had an exhaust leak and a failure in the 1st catalytic converter in the exhaust line that is apparently molded to the manifold.

My question is , is it possible to buy aftermarket manifolds and exhaust with no cats if i could get someone to put it on and about how much would it cost.

I don't have them but headers for first gen at 4x4parts.com are very well priced. Set of headers for far less than the cost of 1 of 4 cats!
