I’m sure this is a dumb post but i figured i’d ask it to be safe. My 1st gen X has a hole in the driver seat and I grabbed a better condition seat from the junkyard. Do i need to be worried upon installing the junkyard seat? (It only had one wired connection and i assume it’s the seatbelt sensor) How should i go about installing the seat so i don’t potentially mess anything up. Thanks!

They'll ding and light up and drive you crazy.

Unless you're like me. I got seatbelt extenders, so the system thinks I'm belted at all times. On a good note, I do use my seatbelts and always have, so I'm not cheating the system or recommending that others do so.

Seatbelts save lives! There was one time when this really slow driver was blocking traffic. My seatbelt locked up and kept me from reaching for my .45! LOL

Sorry for the late reply Thanks! I just wanted to make sure something as simple as that wasn't going to lead me into any headaches. Better safe than sorry
PS I guess the only headache i ran into was the rear left bolt (door side) was rusted out and when i tried to put another bolt in, I cannot get it to tighten down. I believe I messed up the threads. Currently driving on 3 bolts holding the seat down lol.

Knock the nut off the bottom of the body and thru bolt it.
