Im looking to chip my 1st gen X and my fathers Jeep Grand Cherokee.
We are looking to get better gas mileage.
Does anyone know of and have used a chip for either the X or Jeep.

for the 1st gen xterra you are not going to find a chip that will improve anything really. for our trucks it will be the exhaust and a cai that will improve our mpg

i have an xterra 1st gen and i will recomend you to improve the exhaust is the better way to improve mpg and other thing dont use the k&n air filters i use one and mi mpg goes down up to 10% he gives more power but less mpg.

check the gas stations in your area, most now do a 10% ethanol blend which drops you about 2mpg right there. If any stations sell 100% gas fill up there.
