So I want to add some bumper lights and roof lights to my 2007 S Xterra. I already added the factory fog kit so keep that in mind. Im thinking I'd like to add BM light bars roof light with four hella 75 driving lamps:

Then for the bumper I like Xoskel bumper mount with perhaps four Hella Micro DE lamps, I like the way thats set up:

Does anyone have any better suggestions? Any cheap LED light bars out there?
Would it be possible to connect the bumper lamps to the factory fog switch so it would control all six lights?
Also would it be difficult to wire a factory roof switch to those hella 75s next to the VDC switch by the center console? I'd like to keep it looking clean! Thanks in advance!

I Really dig the product from Baja Designs, Check out the gallery. There are in peticular a couple photos of buggies and a Raptor that integrate the Stealth LED light bars into the body work that I feel would be complementary to an Xterra. Over all a good gallery for inspiration.

This concludes my first post on clubxterra, time for a drink!

Yes it is possible to wire the lights to an existing switch provided that the wiring kit uses a relay to complete the circuit and has its own fuse within that circuit. By using a relay the lights essenstially run off their own circuit and the switch only closes the relay to complete the circuit preventing an overload of the factory wiring. Most aftermarket wiring kits will come with a relay and inline fuse. I wired my roof rack mounted Hella 500s to only work when my high beams are on but still used an auxiliary switch to control them. Also look into a bigger alternator with more amps if you are going to be running a lot of lights as they can really draw a lot of power, especially at idle.
