Hello...new to forum but trying to see if anyone has any idea if I am diagnosing my brake problem correctly...just had engine stall problems and located a vacuum leak in the brake booster to intake hose. Replaced hose and engine runs great now. however now when I press the brake pedal I hear a air hissing noise inside the cabin near the pedal and the brakes work very poorly. I noticed a slight problem with the brakes before I found the vacuum leak but didn't mess with much as I wanted to solve engine problems first. So now I have the brake issue and I am considering replacing the brake booster as I am thinking that is my brake problem now which may have stemmed from the engine stall vacuum leak...any ideas if anything else could be the problem before I take this step?...any help would be greatly appreciated...and thanks ahead of time
