I posted this up on Thenewx and CF, but I still wanted to share it w/ you guys also.

I really like the white leds that I put in back in Dec, but it still doesn't match the blue leds in everything else in the truck. My HU is blue and white so I did a little work on the cluster. Hope you like it.

How I did it:

There is no way to get behind the oil & voltage gauges. I tried but I still think it looks good. it matches my HU perfectly.

Its a very simple mod if you already have everything apart to swap the leds. the nice thing about white leds is that you can change parts to different colors, blue, green, red, etc

it is translucent vinyl from garage 1217. its the same place i bought the polarized film for the lcd screens

that's really cool, one of my biggest peeves about the X is the gauges/color scheme. my gauges are white/gray the temp control had green lights, the radio is green, but the shifter lights are white, so strange
