I'm just here to read the comments and hear other people thoughts on this as a topic.

DO NOT argue this isnt happening, there is PLENTY of evidence to show and prove that things are being put in place and implemented to push in this direction these agenda's... There is plenty of bureaucratic video showing and telling you this is being exercised towards the last few minutes of the video.

So without adding to the fear-porn.. This isnt a political post, this is a post showing those something they may not be aware of and how its going to effect everyone involved in the automotive industry from Dealerships, to parts stores, insurance, those that rely on anything automotive related to do their own jobs.

Not to mention, if you have any concept of why we're in the middle east other than some threat exist there let me be the first to explain a viable theory to you.

- 1913 the Federal Reserve is put in place https://www.google.com/search?q=what+year+was+the+federal+reserve+put+into+place%3F&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
- 1921 the Federal Reserve is replaced by the IMF
- 1933 President Roosevelt takes the US off the gold standard
- 1963 President Kennedy takes the US off the Silver standard
- 1971 President Nixon takes the world off the gold standard.

In 1971 is where the US dollar becomes backed by what? Pat yourself on the back if you said the "Petrol Dollar"...

The deal was this; those in the middle East had the oil, we knew how to get it out of the ground. For that reciprocal exchange of benefits, those interested in purchasing oil out of the middle east had to exchange their currency for and trade in US currency.

The US interest in the middle East is OUR relationship to the oil, we lose that control, we as 5% of the worlds population using more than 26% of the worlds resources (allegedly) and our currency and economy fails. The whole monetary system world wide crashes, people go into a panic and Crete, Greece, and Italy's euro issues look like pizza parties at chucky cheese.. This would be a likely scenario for a worldwide economic crash. Hence why China, Russia, India, Brazil, and 17 other countries started BRIC's, their version of the IMF.

Literally we cant stop the momentum of the machine yet to avoid this crash worldwide and they know it. Thats why your "money" isnt worth a tenth of the shit you think it is. Use an inflation calculator, put in a 100 dollars in the year you were born and today, then switch the dates... yea, its that bad. on the way to http://www.newsweek.com/zimbabwes-10-million-bread-84167 .

So, it beckons answers of why we're seeing this reported https://www.moneymetals.com/news/2016/09/26/imf-new-global-currency-000928

There are ZERO coincidences in life, let alone geo-politics.. You're witnessing and a part of history as this unfolds.

Just because California wants to ban petrol engines doesn't mean it will happen. Many of the roads across America are regulated by the federal government. If they do this crap the federal government can easily cut all road money. Cali is already financially crippled. It will only get worse with this crap. They will also run out many more companies and people in general.

Never took you for a conspiracy theory guy......

That said, just because your paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.
Interesting choice of words... According to Websters Dictionary; Definition of conspiracy theorist: "a person who holds a theory that explains an event or situation as the result of a secret plan by usually powerful people or groups." https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/conspiracy%20theorist

That being said, there are many reasons for which I dive into the reading of law & contract law information. The more I COULD tell you of what you likely dont know, even if I showed you the State/Federal written law itself would only make you want more information or you would look at me as if I had two heads on my shoulders. It only gets more absurd, as I always say, "you dont know, what you dont know.."

A;though I agree somewhat, California and New York both are extremely beta testing States. California is my home State, too be honest thats almost hard to admit anymore. it used to impress people at least in a sense of envy. Now, I know for a fact it limits people from being hired in many industries I touch within my own as a business owner and partner(s) in others.., as it appears in volume 42 of the United States Code, beginning at section 2000e. Title VII prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin. The Civil Rights Act of 1991 (Pub. L. 102-166) (CRA) and the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-2) amend several sections of Title VII. Apparently being from Kalifornistan doesn't fall under the discrimination act yet.

And.., well yes and no.. "The vast majority of roads in the United States are maintained by the state or lower-level agencies. However, some roads are maintained by the federal government. Most of these are minor roads in national parks and national forests. However, a few roads have been developed to connect sites in the national park system or to protect routes of scenic or historic significance, and some roads in national parks or National Parkways."

Unfortunately there's this "thing" called 'Baseline Budgeting'; Baseline Budgeting for an example is when lets say in this case.. A road crew gets done with their work early or ahead of scheduling for a task or job. Well the next year, the government whether State or Federally funded says "Hey, we're being incredibly efficient here, we can cut some funding and put it somewhere else where we might need it." So to insure that NEVER happens or is mitigated to NOT happen, there are people and positions designated to run up the clock, spend the entire budget so they can not only get it again the following year.. but ask for more.

Another reason government programs ALWAYS grow and never get trimmed down, downsized, or streamlined whatsoever.. same concept engages and follows. Upset we're in excess of $90 Trillion dollars in debt yet? yea that $20T number is a generalized number and the minimal number shown to the public. My tax accountant is a former US Congressional Auditor and a bit on "We the Peoples" side.

However true all that is, California since 2011 has been getting quite the reputation for being an almost ANTI-business friendly environment. Although you see a few Toyota distribution centers in Cali, Toyota has moved its Financials and HQ to Texas, along with everyones most hated company; Nestle whose left for West Virginia, Theres another major automotive market company with over 3400 connected salvage yards nation wide for a used parts giant. They moved to HQ Wisconsin and there's another 254 major companies since 2011, I'm sorry, my mathing is incorrect.. 251 companies, some bigger and others small. Its why I started my company in Nevada and moved here last December.

California does however seem to be blind and deaf and dumb too in thinking that with their economy they have the GDP of the 6th or 7th of "COUNTRIES" in the world. Well, lets take away all the military contracts and income, Lets take away all the Medical subsidies, College education grants and subsidies among a few others and Ohhhhhh look... All of a sudden you fit in somewhere between New Jersey and North Dakota [No offense to the inhabitants thereof].

Yes they are financially crippled, but that doesn't stop them from passing legislation as early as last month that will raise Gas prices up $0.42 more in taxes and upping registration fees as little as $25 to $142 depending on vehicle. Government ONLY gets its money one of two ways, doesnt matter if its at the State level or the Federal level - Taxation or Printing it. They're all from the lowly city, County, State itself, even the Federal government itself has been since 1871 (look up the ACT of 1871 for your proof). each and every one of them including the DMV and the Courts are ALL corporations, many private but nonetheless all incorporated & designed for profit. And all of it comes around in a circle over and over. Is it no wonder we are on a path we are? High in division, distracted by the elements of all things in life.

One day we must entertain a truly deep thread on enumerated rights..

I'll leave a fair and open question for any and all to comment on, provided that the comment is intellectual and based upon FACTS (pesky things they are, I know)..

Question; Do you believe that a corporation under the threat of violence or coercion, should be made able to make or force you to become a customer or subscribe to their services?

Before any of you answer that half witted or just lash out in angry commentary because your paradigm is being challenged.. truly read into that properly and really type out your thoughts and comments with a bit of adulting if you would please.

I don't want this thread to get so out of control that a mod has to put a quash on it and take away anyone's right to free speech and thoughts. I know thats not the current trend right now by what we see anymore. Please remain on topic...

I do know the Dwight D. Eisenhower National System of Interstate and Defense Highways is a network of controlled-access highways that forms a part of the National Highway...

Construction was authorized by the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1956, and the the system would include two percent of all roads and would pass through several States. Also aware that when it comes to road repairs, the Federal Gov supports funds directed which of course as always falls back on that BaseLine budgeting shit we discussed earlier. I'm sure you recall living in Ohio/Michigan areas those bastards would cut up a perfectly good road out of the blue, come back and tar it up as though a major repair or faulty road existed, only to come back 4 months later and remove the top 4" and resurface the road. I wouldnt have known it at my age but THAT was baseline Budgeting at work to ask for funds that were never necessarily needed.

Its no wonder the school systems are the way they are.. Lets keep people from being self sufficient and void of critical thinking. Shit most of these bastards have no idea what bathroom to use and get security blankets when someone raises their voice now. The shit my two younger sons tell me about classes... geezus, i'll have to start another 10 threads and invite Jerry Springer and a midget in on the conversation...

Let Cali secede. They will be bankrupt by lunch without federal funding. Trump could easily pull out ALL of the military out of Cali. Imagine what that 1 act would do to the state. Then all of Cali's produce would be taxed before it came into The States. Cali likes to talk about all the taxes they pay. Bullshit. Federal numbers show Cali makes up like 10% of the nation's population but sucks up something like 38% of welfare. Cali is nothing but a drain on the rest of the country because of liberal policies. Withing the 1st 6 months of Trump's time in office Gov. Moonbeam came crawling to Trump for emergency aid for natural disasters. Screw Cali until they get their asses out of their heads.

I couldnt agree more with that.. shit. No offense to some good people bound to that State for whatever reason but while leaving if i knew of the exact point to pry and chip at to send that state adrift.. id been there with a pick axe and pry bar on my way out..

But that still doesnt change the fact that there are people in positions capable of trying to pull of such a stunt or bureaucratic processes and whether or not it succeeds. The issues or argument then are one of mindsets in those people. Lets not forget that the State boasts an overwhelming 67% of its population to be on mood or psychotropic type medications. If that State or the nation does have a economical collapse, that State would NOT BE ONE I WANT TO BE IN without all the Ammo I could carry to get out. Kalifornistan will certainly live up to its name of the land of the fruits, nut-nuts, and flakes..

So many things go so much deeper but then we're going to get into the topics of tainting peoples perfect paradigms of the way they perceive the world as they know it. Thats gonna get ugly.

On a slightly other note, Have you seen this unfolding yet too?

"in his latest letter to RIT Capital Partners investors, Lord Jacob Rotschild has released what is perhaps his gloomiest outlook ever; here are the highlights:

We do not believe this is an appropriate time to add to
risk. Share prices have in many cases risen to
unprecedented levels at a time when economic growth is
by no means assured. The S&P is selling at 25 times
trailing 12 months’ earnings, compared to a long-term
average of 15, while the adjusted Shiller price earnings
ratio, which averages profits over 10 years, is
approximately 30 times.

The period of monetary
accommodation may well be coming to an end.
Geopolitical problems remain widespread and are proving
increasingly difficult to resolve. We therefore retain a
moderate exposure to equity markets and have
diversified our asset allocation towards equity
investments where value creation is driven by some
identifiable catalyst or which are exposed to longer-term
positive structural trends.

Furthermore, Rothschild continued the shift away from US capital markets exposure announced one year ago, noting that "we have a particular interest in investments which will benefit from the impact of new technologies, and Far Eastern markets, influenced by the growing demand from Asian consumers." What is surprising is how aggressively Rothschild has cut its allocation to US-denominated assets in just the past 6 months."
