I bought a 1400 full suspension articulator kit from 4x4parts.com and my front is so much lower then my rear! my rear has to be like 2 inches higher and it looks terrible. I tried tightening the t-bars. But after i did that the CAS were maxed and the Angle of my drive shafts lead them to tear and brake. So i lowered it to there specifications. with a 1/2 inch between the bump stops. PLease someone tell me how i can level this kit. I really need the help. my baby has been sitting for 3 months cause i dont have a clue what i should do.

For clarification, stock, the truck is designed to be 1.5-2" lower in the front. This is for aerodynamics and fuel economy. So 3" lift in the front and 3 in the rear will still be lower in the front.

So im stuck with it like that. Even though i did pull a leaf. how many leaf springs are supposed to be in it stock?
Stock pack on a 2000 model should be 4 leafs. One of those should have been pulled, the thick flat leaf on the bottom of the pack, when you installed the 3 pack add a leaf set from the kit. So after pulling the overload leaf, the thick flat leaf on on the bottom, and adding the 3 pack you should have ended up with 6 leafs in the pack.

Pics of the truck and a measurement of the bump stop gap will help us to help you.

Check my build thread! I got the adjustable shackles with UCAs and NO AAL!

https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/xterra-adjustable-lift-shackles-p-5612.html

I did that because I knew AAL added 3" on it's own...and UCAs only give you 3 inches of lift!

I maxed the shackle out at 2 1/8" and raised the front ~3", letting the nose catch up to the rear a little bit.

The product description of the revolver shackle states 1.5-2" of lift....3 leaf AAL states 3 inches on its own...that is potentially 4.5-5" of rear lift with only 3 in the front!

I'd remove another leaf...but post a pic...how bad is it?

You need to measure the ride height on all 4 corners...at the seam right below the door and next to each wheel well...not the top of the wheel well arch.

Revolvers add very little lift.

sorrry i wasnt clear...i used adjustable shackles with no added leaves in the rear suspension...adjustable shackles with your 3 pack add a leaf would be even taller...i wasnt trying to recommend them to you, just explain how i got the leveled look

adjustable shackles would do the trick WITHOUT the ADDED LEAVES...from where you are...I would reccomend just removing leaves until you get the height you want. Your front is maxed out...revolvers are the best shackles around...I don't have them so I don't know how much lift you have...I am going by 4x4 parts product description...

but you want to keep your revolvers....and remove leaves from the add a leaf pack. revolvers add articulation where as leaf packs take it away...keep the revolvers and remove leaves from the back to get your height...that is what i would do although the 3 pack AAL is not designed for removing some...you may have to experiment with which leaves to remove, but if your UCAs are at the maximum lift with 1/2" bump stop gap, you have no choice but to a) lower the rear to match or b) raise the front and have bad tire wear and a rough ride
