Hi there, the manufacturers like Spyder, Spec-D, Anzo, etc really do not make any lights for the 2015. And those available for earlier model years will not fit your 2015 the right way. So if you are interested in refreshing the look of your lights, you should definitely consider the retrofit option. If you would like to upgrade your hi/low beams to LED, there are the LED upgrade kits of the right size. Below is the link to headlights and LED upgrade kits for your 2015 Xterra we carry:

With the many options for conversion kits on the site from the link you provided, what is recommended for basic functionality meaning bright LED lights with long life? I don't need them to change colors and anything fancy. Just want improved visibility on and off the road. From what I can tell there are a number of options that would meet this requirement.

Thanks.

If you are not planning to replace your headlight assembly yet just want better lighting, you can just upgrade your hi/low beams to LED. This is the option that will work: Lumen LED conversion kit for 2015 Xterra. These bulbs feature easy plug-and-play installation and do not require cutting or trimming. Also, they are backed up with 5-year manufacturers warranty and feature everything needed to work on your Xterra (load resistors and Can-bus). Hope this helps!
