Anyone know a solution to the problem shown in the attached picture?

Basically my 2015 Xterra Pro-X navi/radio goes into reboot a few times before a screen pops up and suggests that I plug in an update media in the USB PORT (not the SD Card).

It appears to be looking for a file called "ai_prj_nissan_lcn2kai_13.9V15".
