Hi folks, I'm debating an Xterra purchase in the near future (previously owned an '00 and then later an '02) and I've been reading up on the SMOD issues. Very scary.
From my research, it seems that this is a 2011 and earlier, 2nd gen only issue. Is that correct? Are there any documented SMOD cases in 2012 and newer vehicles?
