In the short term you might consider cleaning and lubricating the window rubber seals by using some spray vinyl protectant that you typically use interior/exterior surfaces. Cleaning up the rubber seals and the lubricating effect goes a long way to freeing up the movement of the window glass. It's a good thing to free up the load on the window lift motor so it doesn't draw as much current. Just did this very thing on my 2015 and it had a big effect on the window operation.

I've always used pure silicone spray. It doesn't stain or attract dust, either.
