In your post you state that it's a 2004, but the title says 2005. Can you confirm which, please?

Regardless, take it back and ask them politely to finish the work. It's probably a plug or two that need to be plugged back in, or maybe a blown fuse, but either way, if it was working when you went in, it should work when you leave.

If you paid using a credit card, you can dispute the charge, but get the details about that first.

For a 2004, if the water pump was replaced, then the timing belt (hopefully) was also done. The engine uses a timing belt rather than a chain found in the newer engines. To replace the water pump, they had to remove or disturb the timing belt, so that would have been a good time to replace it with a new one, unless it had been done very recently. They should be changed every 105,ooo miles.

If politeness and respect doesn't go far with them, call the credit card company while they listen. If they faint, then offer to delay the call, contingent on them doing the job right and you being fully satisfied.
