[Forsaken]

So I've had no luck finding out what this noise is but this whine comes from the left side of the engine (if you're sitting in the driver's seat) and is louder at night time. I also have a speaker with bad wiring, and it would mimic the exact same sound that comes from the engine. Does anyone have any idea what this could possibly be? The sound also becomes more high-pitched as the RPMs go up.
