HI Guys! Inheriting my dad's 2003 Xterra, which I'm very stoked about! It's a 2003 XE 4 wheel drive, and the rims are the four spoke 16" x 7". I am currently looking to swap them out for the five spoke 17" x 8" charcoal rims. The seller that I am buying from does not have the lug nuts. Am I OK to to use the current lug nuts that are originally on my dads X? Is there anything else that I should keep in mind when buying the five spoke rims? Obviously I'll need new tires. But will it just be as easy as taking them to the tire shop and slapping new tires on without lifting the truck to make clearance for the new sized rims, or messing with the shocks? Not really a car guru so any help here is much appreciated!!!!

Thank you in advance, and looking forward to learning from you all!!

Should be direct fit. All the lug nuts will be fine.
Thank you! Another quick question. The seller is saying that their five spoke rims are from a 2003 SC Xterra, but theirs are 18"s. From my knowledge and research, Xterra's did not have 18" rims for this 2003 model, correct?
