Yes i would replace both idler tensors with 3 new belts.That is probable were noise is coming from the bearing don't work well antifreeze on them. As for the leak there are some small hoses in side by the timing belt that are usually changed with the timing belt because they are hard to get to with out removing the front of the engine but very easy during a timing belt change.
My main concern is the timing belt ,its a ticking time bomb starting at 105000 miles and if it breaks the engine will probable be toast. How long have you owned the truck. If the timing belt was changed there should be a silver sticker about 1x3in under the bottom of the hood on the passenger side next to the smog sticker or in side the glove box with the date and mileage of the new belt.If this has not been done i would curb this truck till its done.
