    Am attempting to replace front shocks in my 2004. Lower bolt (on control arm) is rusted but good. I am thinking of getting the grinder and cutting the bolt. However I don't know if the nut side of the bolt is captive(welded on the control arm). Is it safe to apply heat to the bolt in an effort...
