Interior lights..

I have an 07 xterra and the front and rear lights both barely illuminate when the switch is on door open(middle). All the doors are shut but the lights still light up slightly, even if the key is off. It's kind of annoying to keep shutting them off because I like the lights to come on when the door is open.. any ideas?

sounds like you have some wonky contacts or a bad switch

Check you door switches. One may be broke / worn down.

Are they always emitting the same amount of light or are they dimming when the door closes without shutting off completely?
