PRG UCAs for leveling PML

Okay, so I'm extremely pleased with the body lift and PML that I recently completed on my X. However, I do have a slight case of OCD, and the considerable rake from front to back is driving me out of my mind.

I would like to jack the t-bars another .75 inches or so in the front so that my X looks level.

Would these UCAs allow me to lift the front up another inch while keeping at least .5 inches of space between above the bumpstops, or would I need to get the UCA +3" spacer kit or the Total Chaos "long-travel" arms?

It's too bad that Calmini apparently has no interest in replenishing their stock, because I really liked the price on their UCAs.

Thanks much for any help/corrections.

Replacing the UCA's with aftermarket models will allow you do do what you want. Problem is PRG does not make parts for the 1st Gen Xterra's. The parts you are looking at are for 2005 and up models.

Take a look at AC for UCA's for a 1st Gen.

I didn't even notice that. I was looking at the Nisstec UCAs and noticed that they were strictly for 2Gens, but I didn't think of checking compatability on the PRGs. +2 Dolt Points for me.

I'll check out the AC UCAs; thanks for the help!

No problem. It's a lot of information to take in and try and sort through.

Question: I picked up a set of AC UCAs. I'm pretty sure that I now need to order some longer front shocks. When I install the UCAs I plan on adjusting my lift shackles up to 2 and 1/8 inches (and will tweak the t-bars accordingly). Will the extra ~.5 inches of rear lift immediately require longer shocks, or will I be fine if I wait a bit before I replace them?

You will be fine with stock shocks. That is my set up...Adjustable lift shackles maxed out at 2 1/8" with UCAs on the front. I ran stock shocks for a little while....still do on the front ... still need to install my 3" Bils in the front

@robcarync- Awesome, my wallet is very happy to hear that. I'll probably wait until summer and pick up a full set of 5100s.

@lbishop- As near as I can tell. They're sold out on every sight I looked at, and I read a ton of forum posts griping about the ridiculously long backorder time on most of the stuff they sell. AC shipped me the UCAs I ordered yesterday, so I'm happy.

post some pics of your x when you are done too! i want to see another adjustable shackle + UCA suspension lift!

The 2" body lift on top of that makes it look pretty awesome!

PS you will need to re-index your torsion bars too to get the full lift in the front! link is in my signature for the how to
